Політика конфіденційності застосунку «Біп»

Чинна з: 20 жовтня 2026 року

«Біп» — застосунок для підготовки до теоретичного іспиту з правил дорожнього руху. Його розробляє Володимир Ульянов (далі — «ми»). Застосунок неофіційний і не пов'язаний із ГСЦ МВС.

Коротко

• Без входу ваш прогрес, ім'я та налаштування лишаються лише на вашому телефоні. Ми їх не отримуємо.
• Вхід через Apple (на iPhone) чи Google (на iPhone і Android) необов'язковий. Він потрібен лише для того, щоб зберегти прогрес в акаунті й продовжити на іншому телефоні.
• Ми не показуємо рекламу, не продаємо дані й не відстежуємо вас в інших застосунках і на сайтах. У застосунку немає сторонніх трекерів: він надсилає нам лише анонімну статистику користування, і її можна вимкнути.
• Акаунт і всі дані в ньому можна видалити просто в застосунку: «Профіль» → картка з іменем → «Видалити акаунт». Докладно, і що робити без доступу до застосунку, — на сторінці «Видалення акаунта».

Які дані є і де вони лежать

На телефоні (завжди): пройдені уроки й чекпоінти, XP і стрік, спроби пробного іспиту, історія відповідей, налаштування (ціль дня, нагадування, звуки, вібрація, анонімна статистика) і відповіді знайомства: ім'я, якщо ви його вказали, категорія, рівень знань, коли плануєте іспит, навіщо вчитеся.

На сервері (лише якщо ви увійшли):

• ідентифікатор акаунта й адреса пошти, які передає Apple чи Google. Якщо в Apple ви вибрали «Сховати пошту», ми бачимо лише адресу-пересилку Apple;
• прогрес: пройдені уроки й чекпоінти з датою й точністю, події XP з датою, спроби іспиту, історія відповідей (яке питання, правильно чи ні, коли);
• відповіді знайомства й налаштування навчання: ім'я (вказане вами або передане Apple при першому вході, якщо ви його не вказали), категорія, рівень знань, строк іспиту, мотивація, ціль дня, чи пройдено знайомство;
• службові позначки синхронізації: скільки разів прогрес скидали і коли востаннє.

Налаштування телефона (нагадування та їхній час, звуки, вібрація, анонімна статистика) на сервер не потрапляють.

Друзі

Якщо ви додаєте друзів, вони бачать ваше ім'я, колір вашої машини й ваші навчальні цифри: XP, стрік, пройдені теми, пробні іспити та тижневі перемоги. Більше ніхто цього не бачить. Коли ви прибираєте друга, ви зникаєте одне в одного. Коли ви видаляєте акаунт, усе це видаляється.

Друга або того, хто надіслав вам запит, можна поскаржитися на образливе ім'я, спам чи інше. Скарга зберігається в нашій базі в Supabase, а щоб ми швидко її розглянули, бот надсилає повідомлення в наш закритий чат у Telegram: причину скарги, ваш коментар, якщо ви його написали, імена в «Біп» того, хто скаржиться, і того, на кого скаржаться, та ідентифікатор акаунта того, на кого скаржаться. Ці повідомлення бачить лише команда «Біп», і вони потрібні лише для модерації.

Анонімна статистика

Щоб бачити, де навчання дається важко і що варто покращити, застосунок надсилає нам анонімну статистику користування: які кроки знайомства пройдено і що в них обрано (ціль дня, навіщо вчитеся, коли плануєте іспит, рівень знань); коли відкрито застосунок; коли почато й завершено урок, чекпоінт чи пробний іспит, з якої теми, скільки в ньому відповідей і скільки правильних, скільки часу він забрав; на яких питаннях були помилки; які екрани й вкладки відкрито і скільки часу на них минуло; а також як використовуються завдання дня, стрік, нагадування, друзі, вхід в акаунт (без ідентифікатора акаунта), «Біп+» та інші функції. До кожної події додаються версія застосунку, система телефона, номер сеансу й випадковий ідентифікатор встановлення, а до події відкриття застосунку — ще й часовий пояс телефона.

Цей ідентифікатор створює сам застосунок. Він не пов'язаний з вашим акаунтом, іменем, поштою чи рекламним ідентифікатором телефона, а після «Видалити всі дані» застосунок створює новий. Ми не збираємо імені, пошти, того, що ви пишете, місцезнаходження чи контактів і не відстежуємо вас в інших застосунках.

Зведену знеособлену статистику користування й покупок може опрацьовувати постачальник ШІ (Anthropic), щоб знаходити проблеми в застосунку: він отримує лише загальні числа (частки, медіани, кількості за групами) і назви екранів, тем, уроків та інших частин застосунку, але не ідентифікатор встановлення й не окремі події.

Вимкнути статистику можна будь-коли: «Профіль» → «Анонімна статистика». Тоді застосунок нічого не надсилає, а ще не надіслане видаляє з телефона.

Покупки

У застосунку можна оформити «Біп+»: підписку на місяць або покупку назавжди. Оплату приймає магазин застосунків: на iPhone — Apple через ваш Apple ID в App Store, на Android — Google через ваш акаунт Google у Google Play. Дані платіжної картки не отримуємо ні ми, ні RevenueCat. Щоб застосунок знав, що «Біп+» у вас є, і міг відновити покупки на іншому телефоні з тим самим Apple ID чи акаунтом Google, ми на обох платформах користуємося сервісом RevenueCat. Застосунок надсилає RevenueCat підтвердження покупки з App Store чи Google Play (що куплено, коли і до якої дати діє) разом з ідентифікатором покупця: випадковим, який створює застосунок, а якщо ви увійшли — ідентифікатором вашого акаунта «Біп». Із запитами застосунку RevenueCat також може отримувати IP-адресу (щоб визначити країну), модель телефона, версію системи, версію застосунку й ідентифікатор застосунку на пристрої. Ім'я, пошту, прогрес чи анонімну статистику RevenueCat не отримує.

Підписку можна скасувати будь-коли там, де ви її оформили: на iPhone — у Налаштуваннях iPhone, на Android — у Google Play («Платежі й підписки» → «Підписки»). Коли ви виходите з акаунта або видаляєте його, застосунок відв'язує від нього покупки на цьому телефоні, але RevenueCat зберігає запис покупця й історію покупок під тим самим ідентифікатором. Щоб видалити й їх, напишіть на contact@bip-bip.app: ми передамо запит RevenueCat.

RevenueCat, Inc. — компанія зі США, тож ці дані передаються й обробляються за межами України та Європейського Союзу. RevenueCat обробляє їх лише за нашим дорученням, на умовах договору про обробку даних.

Якщо ви оформили «Біп+», ми зберігаємо записи про покупки, які надсилає нам RevenueCat, щоб рахувати дохід: що куплено, коли, до якої дати діє, ціну й валюту, країну й магазин, а також пробні періоди, продовження, скасування й повернення коштів. Записи мають ідентифікатор підписки, яким ми не можемо знайти вас; ідентифікатора акаунта, імені чи пошти в них немає, тож видалення акаунта їх не прибирає. Ці записи ми зберігаємо до двох років від дня, коли їх отримали, а потім видаляємо.

Навіщо

Прогрес — лише щоб зберегти його й показати на інших ваших пристроях; анонімну статистику — лише щоб покращувати застосунок; записи про покупки — лише щоб рахувати дохід. Ми не використовуємо дані для реклами, профілювання чи будь-чого іншого.

Хто ще бере участь

• Supabase Inc. зберігає дані акаунта, анонімну статистику й записи про покупки на своїх серверах як обробник даних за нашим дорученням (регіон сервера: Європейський Союз).
• Apple і Google підтверджують вхід. Що вони знають про вхід, описують їхні власні політики.
• Apple (App Store) і Google (Google Play) приймають оплату «Біп+» і керують підписками за власними умовами й політиками.
• RevenueCat, Inc. (США) зберігає історію покупок «Біп+» і перевіряє її в Apple чи Google як обробник даних за нашим дорученням.
• Anthropic, PBC (США) опрацьовує зведену знеособлену статистику як обробник даних за нашим дорученням, щоб знаходити проблеми в застосунку.
• Telegram доставляє в наш закритий чат повідомлення про скарги й записи в бету (що саме в них, сказано в розділах «Друзі» й «Список бета-тестувальників на сайті») і зберігає їх на своїх серверах за межами України. Їх бачить лише команда «Біп».

Більше нікому ми дані не передаємо, хіба що цього вимагатиме закон.

Скільки зберігаємо

Доки існує акаунт. Після «Видалити акаунт» усі дані акаунта видаляються з бази одразу. Резервні копії бази в Supabase можуть зберігати їх ще до 7 днів, після чого вони зникають і звідти.

Дані покупок у RevenueCat видалення акаунта не прибирає: як їх видалити, сказано в розділі «Покупки».

Анонімну статистику й записи про покупки від RevenueCat ми зберігаємо до двох років від дня, коли їх отримали, а потім видаляємо.

Дані на телефоні лишаються, доки ви їх не видалите («Профіль» → картка з іменем → «Видалити всі дані», а з входом — «Видалити дані на цьому телефоні») або не видалите застосунок.

Список бета-тестувальників на сайті

Якщо ви записуєтеся в бету на сайті bip-bip.app, ми зберігаємо вашу пошту й час запису на серверах Supabase. Пошта потрібна лише для того, щоб додати вас у TestFlight: Apple надішле на неї запрошення, тож Apple теж її отримає. Нічого іншого ми на неї не пишемо. Щоб ми не пропустили запис, бот також надсилає вашу пошту в наш закритий чат у Telegram, разом із тим, скільки людей у списку; ці повідомлення бачить лише команда «Біп». Пошта зберігається, доки триває бета-тестування. Щоб прибрати її зі списку раніше, напишіть на contact@bip-bip.app.

Ваші права

Ви можете отримати копію своїх даних, виправити їх, видалити акаунт (у застосунку) або відкликати згоду, просто вийшовши з акаунта й видаливши його. З будь-яким питанням пишіть на contact@bip-bip.app. Ви також маєте право звернутися до Уповноваженого Верховної Ради України з прав людини.

Діти

Застосунок призначений для людей, які готуються отримати посвідчення водія, і не орієнтований на дітей до 13 років.

Зміни

Якщо політика зміниться, ми оновимо дату вгорі сторінки, а про суттєві зміни скажемо в застосунку.

Privacy Policy of «Біп» (Bip)

Effective: 20 October 2026

Bip helps learners prepare for the Ukrainian driving theory exam. It is developed by Volodymyr Ulianov ("we"). The app is unofficial and not affiliated with the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

In short

• Without signing in, your progress, name and settings stay on your phone. We never receive them.
• Signing in with Apple (on iPhone) or Google (on iPhone and Android) is optional. Its only purpose is to back up your progress and continue on another device.
• We show no ads, sell no data and do not track you across other apps or websites. The app contains no third-party trackers: it only sends us anonymous usage statistics, which you can turn off.
• You can delete your account and all its data right in the app: Profile → your card → «Видалити акаунт» (Delete account). Step by step, and what to do without the app: Deleting your account.

What data exists and where

On your phone (always): lessons and checkpoints passed, XP and streak, mock exam attempts, answer history, settings (daily goal, reminders, sounds, haptics, anonymous statistics) and onboarding answers: your name if you gave one, licence category, knowledge level, planned exam time, motivation.

On our server (only if you sign in):

• the account identifier and the email address passed by Apple or Google. If you chose «Hide My Email» with Apple, we only see Apple's relay address;
• progress: lessons and checkpoints passed with date and accuracy, XP events with dates, exam attempts, answer history (which question, right or wrong, when);
• onboarding answers and learning settings: name (given by you, or passed by Apple on the first sign-in if you gave none), category, level, exam timeframe, motivation, daily goal, onboarding completed;
• sync bookkeeping: how many times the progress was reset, and when last.

Device settings (reminders and their time, sounds, haptics, anonymous statistics) never leave the phone.

Friends

If you add friends, they see your name, the colour of your car and your learning figures: XP, streak, topics passed, mock exams and weekly wins. No one else sees them. When you remove a friend, you disappear from each other. When you delete your account, all of it is deleted.

You can report a friend, or someone who sent you a request, for an offensive name, spam or something else. The report is stored in our database at Supabase, and so that we can review it quickly, a bot sends a message to our private Telegram chat: the reason, your comment if you wrote one, the Bip names of the person reporting and of the person reported, and the account identifier of the person reported. Only the Bip team sees these messages, and they are used only for moderation.

Anonymous usage statistics

To see where learning gets hard and what to improve, the app sends us anonymous usage statistics: which onboarding steps were passed and what was chosen in them (daily goal, why you learn, when you plan the exam, knowledge level); when the app was opened; when a lesson, checkpoint or mock exam was started and finished, from which topic, how many answers it had and how many were right, and how long it took; which questions were answered wrong; which screens and tabs were opened and how long was spent on them; and how the daily quests, the streak, reminders, friends, signing in (without the account identifier), «Біп+» and other features are used. Each event carries the app version, the phone's operating system, a session number and a random installation identifier, and the event of opening the app also the phone's time zone.

The app makes that identifier itself. It is not linked to your account, name, email or the phone's advertising identifier, and after «Видалити всі дані» (Delete all data) the app makes a new one. We do not collect your name, email, anything you type, your location or contacts, and we do not track you across other apps.

Aggregated, de-identified statistics of usage and purchases may be processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to find problems in the app: it receives only overall figures (shares, medians, counts by group) and the names of screens, topics, lessons and other parts of the app, never the installation identifier or individual events.

You can turn the statistics off at any time: Profile → «Анонімна статистика» (Anonymous statistics). The app then sends nothing, and deletes from the phone what it has not sent yet.

Purchases

You can get «Біп+» (Bip+) in the app: a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The app store takes the payment: on iPhone, Apple through your Apple ID in the App Store; on Android, Google through your Google account in Google Play. Neither we nor RevenueCat receive your payment card details. So that the app knows you have «Біп+» and can restore purchases on another phone with the same Apple ID or Google account, we use the RevenueCat service on both platforms. The app sends RevenueCat the App Store or Google Play record of your purchase (what was bought, when, and until when it is valid) together with a customer identifier: a random one the app creates or, if you are signed in, your Bip account identifier. With the app's requests RevenueCat may also receive your IP address (to tell the country), the phone model, the system version, the app version and a device identifier for the app. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, progress or the anonymous statistics.

You can cancel the subscription at any time where you took it out: on iPhone in your iPhone Settings, on Android in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). When you sign out or delete your account, the app unlinks the purchases on this phone from it, but RevenueCat keeps the customer record and the purchase history under the same identifier. To have those deleted too, write to contact@bip-bip.app and we will pass the request on to RevenueCat.

RevenueCat, Inc. is a US company, so these data are transferred and processed outside Ukraine and the European Union. RevenueCat processes them only on our behalf, under a data processing agreement.

If you have taken out «Біп+», we store the purchase records that RevenueCat sends us, to count revenue: what was bought, when, until when it is valid, the price and currency, the country and the store, and also trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds. The records carry a subscription identifier that we cannot use to find you; they hold no account identifier, name or email, so deleting the account does not remove them. We keep these records for up to two years from the day we receive them, and then delete them.

Why

Progress only to keep it safe and show it on your other devices; anonymous statistics only to improve the app; purchase records only to count revenue. We do not use the data for advertising, profiling or anything else.

Who else is involved

• Supabase Inc. stores account data, the anonymous statistics and the purchase records on its servers as our data processor (server region: European Union).
• Apple and Google confirm your sign-in, as described in their own privacy policies.
• Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) take the payment for «Біп+» (Bip+) and manage subscriptions under their own terms and policies.
• RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) stores the purchase history of «Біп+» (Bip+) and checks it with Apple or Google as our data processor.
• Anthropic, PBC (USA) processes aggregated, de-identified statistics as our data processor, to find problems in the app.
• Telegram delivers the messages about reports and beta sign-ups to our private chat (what they hold is set out under «Friends» and «Beta waiting list on the website») and stores them on its servers outside Ukraine. Only the Bip team sees them.

We share data with no one else, unless required by law.

How long we keep it

As long as the account exists. «Delete account» removes all account data from the database immediately; Supabase database backups may keep it for up to 7 more days, after which it is gone from there too.

Deleting the account does not remove the purchase data at RevenueCat: see «Purchases» for how to have it deleted.

We keep the anonymous statistics and the purchase records from RevenueCat for up to two years from the day we receive them, and then delete them.

Data on the phone stays until you delete it (Profile → your card → «Видалити всі дані», Delete all data; when signed in, «Видалити дані на цьому телефоні», Delete data on this phone) or delete the app.

Beta waiting list on the website

If you sign up for the beta on bip-bip.app, we store your email address and the time of signing up on Supabase servers. We use the address only to add you to TestFlight: Apple sends the invitation to it, so Apple receives it too. We send nothing else to it. So that we do not miss a sign-up, a bot also sends your address to our private Telegram chat, together with how many people are on the list; only the Bip team sees these messages. The address is kept while the beta test lasts. To have it removed sooner, write to contact@bip-bip.app.

Your rights

You may get a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account (in the app) or withdraw consent by signing out and deleting the account. For any question write to contact@bip-bip.app. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or your local data protection authority.

Children

The app is meant for people preparing for a driving licence and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the app about significant changes.
